Meet the Team

Andres

Andres is a first generation American. He has been wired by the creator to be a fire starter. He has been privileged to start six different organizations over his career. Andres loves teaching and celebrating others’ success. He desires to help aspiring leaders see their dreams come true on and with a purpose.

David

David, born and raised in the picturesque coastal city of Cartagena, Colombia, now resides in Medellin. Fluent in English since his youth and armed with a degree in Computer Science, David embarked on a journey with Synergy Solutions after working as an interpreter for various companies, both onsite and remotely, across diverse sectors including medical, finance, insurance, and business. In his leisure time, he indulges in reading and watching educational content on personal finance. Passionate about learning, David is dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth.

Emily

Emily was born in Indiana to a Pastoral family and raised in Chicago until she was 14 when they relocated to South Florida. She is now a native of Jacksonville, Florida. Emily has been working as a paralegal and in administrative work since 1995. She helped build a local solar company to grow to 8 figures before transitioning to Synergy Solutions. Emily loves traveling and spending time with her family in her free time.

Jayce

Jayce was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He currently attends Trinity Christian Academy and works part time with Synergy Solutions. He loves entrepreneurship and is preparing a career as one. He has received over 100 hours in video production training and is excited about using his skills in digital storytelling.

ALEX

Alex was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He currently attends Middleburg High School and works part-time with Synergy Solutions. He has done hours of research on social media marketing and is excited to use this skill for future opportunities.
